Neatess®: the future of air filtration
Neatess® is an air filtration membrane that merges the natural qualities of a cotton-based substrate with the high performance of a nanofiber layer, delivering outstanding filtration efficiency and breathability.
It is currently used primarily in personal protective equipment (PPE) for air filtration.
Thin and ultra-lightweight, Neatess® provides excellent protection of the upper respiratory tract.
Like a Type II surgical mask, it filters 98.7% of bacteria (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency test, BFE, according to UNI EN 14683 standard).
Thanks to its unique material combination, Neatess® offers superior breathability, ensuring optimal comfort in PPE use (16.7 Pa/cm² vs. reference standard <40), and enables easy breathing for hours, unlike synthetic-based protective devices.
